day 44: patch action...

not the most flattering pic of mama... but he's so stinking cute. patch and all. I'm getting a custom one made by uff da, but for now, the band aids will have to work.

day 43: daddy's home!

grayson always gets excited when daddy walks in. it was cute to see john greet him. I'm usually in such a rush to get out the door I don't get to see this. it's the little things.

day 42: my little MAN.

john sent me this photo when I was at work. it was too freaking cute. he looks like a little MAN. he's got his recliner, his bottle, and his remote. ADORABLE.

day 41: happy 4 month birthday, baby boy...

so, as you can see, day two of solids went rather well. carrots and pears were a hit... and he was giggling the whole time because I was singing about every birthday song I could think of. he's 4 months old today. crazy. it goes by fast, doesn't it?

day 40: hello solids...

g's first taste of sweet potatoes. probably the best day ever. it was so. much. fun. I went into the idea of giving him solids at four months, kicking and screaming... but the kid is much happier... and sometimes, I suppose, the doctor is right. we'll see how it goes on day two... but in my opinion, this pic is a framer.

day 39: great-grandma's blanket.

grayson's great-grandma (on daddy's side) sent him this blanket... we got it today. as you can see, he's kind of a fan. mama is too, it's super warm!

day 38: bumbo extravaganza

isn't he holding his head up so stinking well? I'm so stoked on it. oh and why yes, that is a household cleaner just hanging out by our TV... thanks for asking.
